Our Community Gardening Projects upskill groups of people committed to growing food to support initiatives such as soup kitchens, child and youth care development centres, and school feeding schemes.
During the course of the 5-month programme, we provide training and regular mentorship sessions. Soil for Life also provides the start-up and first replanting materials.
Our Community Gardening Projects are sponsored by funding partners who cover the cost of training, start-up garden inputs, and mentorship.
Soil for Life is a public benefit organisation that teaches people how to grow their own food, improve their health and well-being, and nurture and protect the environment.
