A total of 7,065 people were trained through Soil for Life’s community-based Home Food Gardening programme between 2009 and 2023.

Our Community Gardening Projects upskill groups of people committed to growing food to support initiatives such as soup kitchens, child and youth care development centres, and school feeding schemes.

We are now widening our reach to teach more people how to grow food. Through our partnership with Activate! Academy.

Soil for Life is proud to be sharing its knowledge with Ndalo Heritage Trust in Kenya and WE-FOR-HER Initiative in Uganda.
