Stand-up comic Nik Rabinowitz attended a Waldorf School, where he learned how to grow veggies, express feelings through interpretative dance, and crochet his own underpants.

Raised on the mean, green streets of Constantia, Cape Town, he grew up in a bubble of ride-bys, piano lessons, and unrelenting love and financial support from family members.

Despite all this hardship he was recently voted the world’s foremost Xhosa-speaking, Jewish leg-spinning comedian. Nik, a father of three, plans one day to retire from everything and start a worm farm.
