Bookings are only confirmed when proof of payment has been received.
Cancellations must be made 10 days before the workshop and a 50% cancellation fee applies.
No refunds for no-shows.
In the case of inclement weather, participants will be notified as soon as possible of the cancellation of a workshop and will be booked for another workshop of their choice.
