Preserves Workshop
Converting a glut of apricots, lemons or tomatoes into delicious jams, chutneys, cordials, relishes and curds was a fun, relaxing activity enjoyed by past generations which we have sadly lost. Rediscover just how much fun it is and how great it is to see jars and bottles of your own additive-free preserves glistening on your shelves. They also taste wonderful and make great gifts.
Learn to make yours at a two-part workshop at the fabulous Pick n Pay kitchen in Kenilworth. Part 1 will deal with Jams, cordials and curds, while in Part 2 you will learn to make the most delicious and unusual chutneys.
