Composting with Worms
This is a specialised composting workshop in which you will learn about earthworm varieties used in composting and their benefits to your household and garden. You will learn how to create the correct environment for your worms and how to harvest and use vermicompost and liquid manure produced by your worms. Each delegate will receive a Soil for Life “Worm Farm” consisting of a bin, stand, a start-up supply of worms, castings, cocoons and eggs, a set-up manual and wet and dry bedding materials for worms. This workshop combines theoretical and practical learning and is presented by Soil for Life Director and Grow to Live author in her totally engaging teaching style.
